EMCOR Group, Inc. Subsidiary Awarded Electrical Construction Contract For Expansion At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas

NORWALK, CONNECTICUT, October 30, 2008 - EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses globally, announced that its Dynalectric Nevada subsidiary has received a contract for the installation of electrical systems at a three phase expansion project at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dynalectric Nevada will be responsible for the project's electrical systems installation, including all lighting, power, tele/data, and fire alarm life safety systems. The first phase consists of the new eight-floor, 560,000 square foot parking garage; the second phase involves a remodeling and expansion of the Casino, including 91,000 square feet of new gaming space; and the third and final phase entails work at the South Tower addition, which will add 376 rooms totaling 447,000 square feet.
